Gem of the Foothills


The Newcastle Community Association (NCA) is a non-profit serving the Newcastle Community. 

We meet monthly and provide occasional events to draw the community together and partner with neighbors, schools, and businesses to maintain and develop the wonderful town of Newcastle!

Newcastle Community Association Event Booth Agreement

1.All vendors are responsible for liability insurance and compliance with any and all requirement of the State of California and Placer County.
2. Vendors with animals onsite must provide proof of insurance.
3. Food vendors must provide a copy of Placer County Food Vendor Permit before November 27th.
4. Vendors are responsible and liable for their own merchandise and associates.
5. All products must be displayed in a clean and safe manner.
6. Vendors are responsible for leaving a clean area at closing.
7. Booth spaces will be assigned by the Event Chairperson.
8. Vendors must bring all supplies (tables, chairs, EZ-Ups, etc.)
9. Electrical outlets are limited; please check availability with us ASAP. (Must supply own extension cord/power strip.)
10. This is a Rain or Shine Event!
11. All fees and forms must be processed by December 4th. No further applications or refunds after this date.
